By accessing or using the AiHIRE platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
The AiHIRE platform is provided for lawful business purposes including recruitment, staffing, payroll management and campus placement. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the platform. AiHIRE does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We process your data solely to provide the platform services.
We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our control.
AiHIRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding three months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
